Brian Nutter

Brian is a partner and minority owner of RSI. He joined the RSI team in 1990 as a carpenter and quickly moved to a project manager. He started his estimating career in 1999 and has been providing five-star service since.


Pam Sullivan

Pam is the office manager at RSI. She joined the team shortly after the doors opened in 1987. She comes to RSI with over thirty years of office experience in the construction industry.

Tom Anderson

Tom has been in the construction business for 33 years. In addition to his 19 years of insurance repair experience, he has built custom homes and barns and has been a property adjustor for a major insurance company.


Ron Olds

Ron has 30 years of experience in the construction field. He hired on with the RSI team in 1996 as a carpenter and became a field project manager soon after. He has since become an estimator/project manager.
